Return & Refund Policy
Customers’ packages have not been shipped yet, you may send a request to our customer service team by email at email@example.com to get full refund. If you want to return the entire order, we gladly accepts returns of unopened, unused, undamaged, or defective items purchased on our website for a refund or exchange.
Here's what to do:
1.Items must be returned with original packaging, manuals, and all accessories and documents provided by the manufacturer.
2.Items received should be unused, undamaged and in the original package.
3.Create a request by send email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Notes: All customers should contact Customer Service (email@example.com) for approval before sending anything to us before returning any item(s). In order to receive the return shipping address and other instructions. Foxpeed will not be responsible for returned item(s) without notifying us in advance.
4.If a product is DOA or shipped incorrectly, Foxepeed covers all shipping charges. For all the other cases of returns, a staff will charge you the actual shipping costs incurred.
5.Proceed and send the items to the address offered by our customer service team. Note that the returning package must be postmarked within 7 calendar days from the date you received.
Once the returned item arrives back in Foxpeed’s warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.
Dead on Arrival (DOA)
Please contact our support service team by email at firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of the problem along with your order number. "Dead on Arrival" (DOA) and "Wrong Item" claims must be reported to us within 72 hours from the delivery time.
12-Months Warranty for Quality-Related Issues
All quality-related defects on items sold directly by Foxpeed.com are covered by a year warranty, starting from the date of purchase.
For quality-related warranty claims, items will be replaced with a factory refurbished model of equal value when available, otherwise a new item will be sent.
- Buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase
- Foxpeed must document what happens when buyers troubleshoot the product
- The defective item’s serial number and/or visible proof depicting the defect are required
- It may be necessary to return an item for quality inspection
Valid proof of purchase:
- Order number from online purchases made through Foxpeed.com
- Sales invoice
- Dated sales receipt
Not Covered Under Warranty:
- Products without sufficient proof of purchase
- Lost or stolen products
- Items that have expired their warranty period
- Free products
- Repairs through 3rd parties
- Damage from outside sources
- Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly)
- Purchases not from Foxpeed.com
If products are altered or modified, warranty and money back satisfaction become void.
Please contact us asap if you believe that there are defectives about the product your purchased from our website. The product will be no longer eligible for a replacement beyond the warranty period.

When returning, we recommend using a shipping method which can be tracked. Foxpeed cannot be held responsible for items lost on the way back.
