Delivery Area

We currently only ship to USA local area from our USA warehouse ( 5650 Grace Pl Commerce CA US ) with free cost. For remote area, there will occur extra cost, which depends on the postal office. 

Order Processing Time

Order shipment will be made within 24hours after payment, weekends and holidays excluded. It usually takes around 3~5 business days for package delivered. 

 

OTHER ORDER ISSUES

1. I just made an order, can I change my shipping address ?

We are only able to change the shipping address before the order has begun processing with our shipping department. Once a shipping label has been created, the order is no longer able to make any change. If necessary you may contact the local post office to arrange mail-forwarding, or to arrange pick-up at your local post office.

2. Where do you ship the order?

We ship our items from our US warehouse ( 5650 Grace Pl Commerce CA US ), free shipping only available for US local area, remote islands in United States will charge a reasonable fee according to the US postal service.

Note: Unfortunately, we do not accept orders outside USA at the moment.

 

3.Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we only accept orders before order has begun processing with our shipping department. Once a shipping label has been created, the order is no longer able to canceled or refunded. Please confirm before ordering.
